1992 director of the postgraduate program of music and dance therapy, a practice-oriented research lab for applied music and dance psychology at the Charles University Prague.

1998 director of the postgraduate program of music therapy and dance therapy at the University of Muenster, the first scientific offer for dance therapy and for combined music and dance therapy.  

In the executive committee of the Society for Music Education (1981 - 1992), in Music and Dance Therapy in e. V. (since 1984), in the Professional Association for Art, Music and Dance Therapy - First European federation for arts therapies BKMT/FEAT (1986 - 1990), chairmen of the International Society for Dance Psychology (1999 - 2001).  

Professor at the College of Music Cologne, at the Medical Faculty of the University to Cologne and at the Charles University Prague.  

Sabbaticals in the USA.

Member in the scientific adviser of the German Society for Preventive Medicine and Preventive Management.
